In The Blue was an original idea for the back of my good friends Saint Diablo CD artwork that never was used. I recently enjoyed spending some time completing it to what you see now. It's a full digital illustration mixed with a bit of photo-manipulation (mainly the candles). The lady was drawn and painted 100% digitally with a drawing tablet. The dragon tattoos on her back were the same dragons I drew for Saint Diablo's CD cover artwork for their 2012 self title release. There's no real meaning behind this piece except I really liked the original sketches of this done long time ago and felt it was time to finish her and bring her into the light.   Print size: 8x10 inches
