While I take care to make sure the art is packed as safely and securely as possible, unfortunate events are still possible in the shipping process, and it totally sucks. Unfortunately, if the item is damaged through the fault of the mail carrier, I cannot refund payment, you will have to take that up with the shipping company (which I’ll help you if that happens). If the damage appears to be through neglect on my end, I will refund full payment depending on the nature of the damage and attempt to provide a replacement if the item is a print. Each original painting or drawing is of course one of a kind and cannot be replaced.
